Yeah, I know. I have a cup as big as my head, but the reason why I brought it today is because today is girl talk. And I wanted to make myself comfortable, okay? And that's because I look back at my videos and I realized that I have not made a video dedicated to women specific opportunities in a very long time. I need to change that, and I'm doing it today. So today I'm sharing with you seven side hustles that are perfect for women and that you can do from home that you can do online, even in many cases. And that don't require any kind of experience or any kind of education.
And it doesn't even matter your age or your current family situation. You can be a career woman or you can be a stay at home mom. There will be something in here for you. And that is because recently somebody told me that women need to stop hiding in plain sight, that women need to start believing that they can, and they need to start taking ownership over their success. And that completely blew my mind. And I thought that is so true, because oftentimes the opportunities that you find online are more geared towards men and not enough talk about skills and opportunities for women. So today I'm sharing with you these seven side hustles that are perfect for women and that can make you between 100 and $500 a day, depending on how much time you're willing to invest and spend doing them, and depending on which one resonates more with you, with your genius, with your talent.
So let's dove right in. All right. So the first side hustle that I am sharing with you today is becoming a theme based holiday planner. Are you somebody who always organizes everything when you go on holiday with your friends and family, or do you take energy or do you enjoy finding fun things to do for your friends and family? When you go on holiday well, why not get paid to do something that you already love? Because now with the world opening up and with restrictions being removed in many, many places, but also with spring and summer coming up in the northern hemisphere, there are tons of opportunities out there.
It is known already that the number of reservations and travel plans has doubled in the last couple of months because of these reasons. So lots of people are looking to go on holiday and you can offer your services to help them plan their trips, their holidays and create magic moments for their friends and family. And remember, create those memorable experiences for them. And the way you do that is, first of all, by picking something to become specialized in. So choose a destination that, you know, really well trips in Kenya or in Bali or in your home country maybe. Or maybe choose a type of holiday that you specialize in, like adventure trips or RV trips or family fun holidays. And this way you will be uniquely positioned to attract the audience that is looking for that specific type of holiday. And then what you need to do is create an account on places like Fiverr or Upwork or even on Facebook Marketplace and offer your services there. You can even start with your friends and family and do that first so you can get testimonials and referrals even from them.
And the way you make money is, on the one hand, very easily at the beginning to charge per trip that you plan and you can make between 15 and $100 to schedule or plan one trip. And you can do that in a couple of hours depending on how well you know things. And of course at the beginning it might take a little bit longer until you get to know all the hotels and resorts and figure out how to work with certain companies. Once you've done that a couple of times, it will be very easy and you will have a menu of opportunities and offerings that you can suggest to the people that will be hiring you. Now, a very good alternative or opportunity for you to make even more money by doing this is through affiliate marketing, because as you will do this a little bit, you will start building relationships with certain tour operators, with certain hotels, with certain attractions in that location. And when people book using your link, you will get paid as well.
So you no longer only make money from the people who pay you to book their holidays, but also from that locations and the places where you send them to have fun and have those memorable experiences. And of course later on you can scale that. You can create an Instagram account, you can create your own website, but you don't need any of that. Just create an account on Fiverr and offer your services. You see, there are people who charge $30 for a basic trip plan and then go up to $150 to plan a trip that is a little bit longer with a few more destinations, maybe seven to ten nights.
So there is lots of opportunity there and you can do that as well. All right. The second side hustle that I would like to share with you today is something that I am currently looking to hire for myself, and that is a private or personal cook. Basically, it's somebody that will come to my house and who will be cooking for my family. That is because, like many other people, my schedule is very, very busy and I don't have enough time to cook, although I really enjoy it. Also, there are lots of restrictions or dietary requirements in my family, as I'm sure there are in many others. And if you're a mom you understand what I'm talking about. You probably have picky eaters or you have people with allergies in your family and you're used to navigating these kind of limitations. You understand that oftentimes you cannot take advantage of standard offerings that exist in the market. For example, in Switzerland, there are companies who will be cooking meals, even weekly plans, and will deliver them at your door. But No. One, they don't cater to diverse dietary requirements in a family.
You have to either choose vegan for everybody or vegetarian for everybody or gluten free for everybody. And then also they don't tell you what kind of ingredients go into your food. And in my family, we care a lot about the quality of ingredients that we use, and we want to make sure that we choose them not just the best quality, but also very healthy options. We need somebody who can be flexible and work with our requirements. And if that's you, you can definitely do that as well in your neighborhood. Look for people who fit this kind of profile. And in order to get started, just go ahead and offer your services for free to cook one meal with ingredients that they already have, or make it so easy for them to either just pay for the ingredients or order the ingredients themselves. And then you go and cook. And this will hopefully, if they like your cooking, they will choose to hire you to go one time a week or maybe multiple times a week for an afternoon or a morning, depending on your schedule and cook for them.
And as far as the market goes in Switzerland and probably in the U.S. as well and in many other places, you can charge $50 an hour. And if you spend a few hours, then you can very easily make upwards of $200 in one afternoon to cook for a family. Well, imagine if you have a family every day that you go and cook for, or you could have multiple families if you are able to get there quickly. And if they're all in your neighborhood, of course, you can further scale this very easily, not just with recommendations, referrals, and word of mouth, but you can use Facebook ads and advertise your services in a particular neighborhood. That would be quite easy to do and it is very lucrative as you see if cooking is something that you enjoy doing already. Idea number three that I would like to share with you today is Dropshipping with TikTok and Shopify Be honest, I'm pretty sure you have seen that TikTok made me buy a trend that is going on right now, and you probably have seen the blue lipstick that peel off.
There is tons of them going on right now. I have lost count, and I'm sure you know what I'm talking about. Well, listen, there is a business opportunity there or a side hustle opportunity if you choose to take advantage of it. Basically, the idea is that you stay up to speed with what's going on you catch the trend and then you go and source that product on places like AliExpress and then you get that sold through a Shopify store setting. All of this up might take a little bit at the beginning. You might need a weekend or a couple of days to get used to ordering on AliExpress. And set up your Shopify store. But once you've done that, you're good to go. You don't need to spend that much time. Every single time you will know the process all you need to do is stay up to date with the trends that are going on on TikTok and be able to source that product and sell it through Shopify, through your TikTok account.
That's quite easy. You will need to create some short form videos and be able to promote that product that is already trending and that is already having a huge hype on the platform. So there's nothing that you need to invent necessarily. You don't have to have a lot of knowledge. You don't need to know much about all of this. It's quite easy and you basically make money just by jumping on a trend that exists already on TikTok. Of course, if you are enjoying this and if you're really good at it, then you can create your own trends. You can create fun, entertaining videos where you show the transformation because that's basically what it's all about. You need to show the transformation of going from this to that by using this product. And if you're able to do it in an entertaining way, using short form videos, on TikTok, then your product can go viral on its own and you'll be able to make even more money just by selling that through your Shopify store.
Now, one thing to keep in mind is that depending on the product, it might cost a little bit to get started and to invest in a little bit of stock inventory. So that you have that available quite quickly. But that depends a lot on the type of product. And usually when you source on AliExpress, the cost is very, very low. So we won't require an arm in the leg type of investment for you to get started.
The next opportunity that I would love to share with you today is a side hustle that I think is incorrect. Doubly fun, and that is Airbnb experiences. Now let me ask you a question. If I were to come and visit you, what would you show me in your area, in your neighborhood, in your region? Think about things that you usually do when people come to visit you.
Imagine what if you were to offer that as a service to people who come as tourists in your region. I'm sure there are tons of things you can do from hiking to taking people to a picnic, to canoeing, to just going backpacking in a forest There are tons of things that you can do and that don't even require any investment. And the beautiful thing about this opportunity is that you get to charge per person so imagine if you were to work with families or with small groups where you have five or ten people. You get to charge ten times more for just one time work, so to speak.
So let me give you a few examples. There are people who offer on Airbnb experiences, things like canoeing or things like hot air balloon rides, but also there are people who just offer city tours or hiking or a meal at my home where you get to experience the local traditional cuisine or you can take them up the mountain. If you live in mountain area, you know there is no limit. You can offer any kind of experience to help people have memorable moments, magic moments when they are on holiday. In your area, in your neighborhood, in your region, you get to charge quite a lot depending on the type of experience you offer. As you can see, you can charge from 60 or $70 for camping in Bali, upwards of $1,000 for hiking in Peru, for example. Literally there is no limit to what you can offer or to how much you get to charge and you charge ten times. If you have ten people for just one time, effort.
How amazing is that? How about getting paid $25 an hour to run your own errands? Well, the only thing you need to do is also while you're out deliver some packages for Amazon, Amazon Flex will pay you between 18 and $25 an hour for the last mile delivery. So you will be delivering packages for Amazon to people in your neighborhood and they'll pay you, as I said, quite a bit per hour for you to just do that. And you can do it whatever you want. You can do it before you go to work, or else you come back to wherever you can do it on the weekend.
You can do it as you run your own errands. If you're a stay at home mom and you get paid to do stuff that you do already, just then, you have to stop a couple of times to deliver some of these packages. And the beautiful thing is that if you just choose to do it for 2 hours every day, that means you make $50 every day, which means do 50 or three 50 per week and that adds up. It adds up to 1400 dollars a month just by doing something as you run your own errands. I think that's pretty cool. Don't you think Sly Hustle number six is to be a ghostwriter for lead magnet books? You know, ever since Russell Brunson published Dot com Secrets. This whole idea of using super good quality books as lead magnet has completely exploded it has skyrocketed. And now lots and lots of companies use really good quality books as lead magnets. And basically what that means is they give you the book for free when you go in and pay for shipping, then you will go into their funnel and they will be proposing other products that might be relevant to you.
And to your needs. If they have that book, it doesn't necessarily mean that they wrote it. And that's either because they don't have the time or because they don't have the skills. And I'll give you an example that happened to me just a couple of days ago. One of my coaching clients, who is a dog trainer, has a beautiful story, and I actually suggested that she writes a book because I think that book will be a great way to connect better with her audience, but also to be used as a lead magnet, like in the example that I gave at the beginning. But she told me, Laura, I would love to write that book, but I don't know how.
I'm not a writer. I love dogs. That's what I'm good at. So we are looking for a ghostwriter for her to write that book. And be able to tell her story. If you are a talented writer and you love to speak in other people's voices and you love to bring their stories to life, then that would be a great side hustle for you to try out. And that is because you get paid between a few hundred to a few thousand dollars to write a book. Here are just a couple of examples of people just like you who offer this kind of services and who are able to charge, as I said, a few hundred or a few thousand dollars to help other people tell their stories through books. Last but not least, side hustle number seven is to sell your skills as a freelancer.
And I've talked about this one before because I am super passionate about this one. I believe that everybody has tons of skills and that you should monetize things that you have already as long as it doesn't take you lots of time to learn and perfect your skills, you're good to go. You can look at what you are already good at doing now and offer that on places like Fiverr or Upwork or people per hour. And depending on the kind of service that you offer that could be video editing, it could be voiceover artists, it could be that you help people with Facebook ads or you help people with their social media management.
There's tons of things that you can do as a freelancer, and depending on what you offer, you are able to charge 15, 20, maybe 50, maybe $100 an hour, depending on the level of expertize you have and the impact that you can bring to your customer.
