Affiliate Reviews 4U

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

About this policy

This policy explains how Affiliate Reviews 4U (“we”, “us” and “our”) handles personal information through affiliatereviews4u.com, our newsletter, enquiries and product support. Contact: [email protected].

Information you provide

  • Enquiries: We receive the name, email address, subject, message and other information you send through our contact form or email. We use it to respond and keep a record of the enquiry.
  • Newsletter: When you subscribe, we collect your email address and the name you provide, together with information needed to manage your subscription and confirmation.
  • Comments: WordPress collects your comment, name, email, website link and technical information such as IP address and browser details for moderation and spam prevention. Published comments, display names and submitted website links are public; your email address is not displayed with the comment.
  • Accounts: If you use a website account, we hold your account/profile information and information needed for sign-in. Any third-party sign-in option explains the information to be shared on its authorisation screen.
  • Product support: We may receive your contact details, order reference, product and transaction information, and support messages from you or the selling platform to help with an order.

AI chat: If you choose to submit a message through the AI chat box, the message content is used to produce a reply. Only enter information needed for your question; do not include passwords, payment details, health information or other sensitive personal information. For order or privacy matters, email [email protected].

When a Gravatar profile image is used, a coded value derived from your email address is sent to Gravatar to look up the image. A profile image displayed with an approved comment is public. See Automattic’s privacy notice.

Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive information through comments or the contact form.

Website information and how it is used

The website and services it loads process technical information, which can include IP address, browser/device details, pages requested, referring pages, visit times, interactions and cookie or similar identifiers. This supports page delivery, sessions, security, website measurement and advertising.

We also use relevant information to provide requested resources, manage subscriptions and accounts, moderate comments and keep necessary business records. Information may be used or disclosed where required by law or needed to address fraud, security incidents or disputes.

Newsletter and email choices

We manage the newsletter through UsefulMail on our WordPress website. Sign-up uses a confirmation email before newsletter delivery is activated. Messages are sent from [email protected].

You can unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by emailing us at [email protected]. Buying a product or contacting us does not, by itself, subscribe you to our newsletter. Order and support communications are separate from newsletter subscriptions.

Customer-sequence email measurement in UsefulMail is currently disabled. This is separate from website measurement, which can apply when you visit a linked page. Unsubscribing does not automatically erase earlier correspondence, order records or records needed to respect your opt-out.

Cookies analytics and advertising

Cookies store information in your browser. Tags and pixels can send information when pages or resources load. These technologies support website functions, security, measurement and advertising.

WordPress uses cookies for functions such as sign-in and remembering settings. Where a comment form offers a choice to remember your details, accepting that choice allows those details to be stored in your browser for later comments.

The website includes Google Tag Manager, Google tags, Google Analytics integrations through WordPress, and local visitor-tracking tools. These components support website measurement and the management of tags. Information processed can include page and interaction data, browser or device details and online identifiers. The information processed depends on the component, page, browser and settings.

The website also loads Google AdSense advertising services. Google and other vendors involved in serving ads may place or read cookies, use pixels and process information such as IP addresses and online identifiers. Google’s advertising cookies can enable Google and its partners to personalise ads using visits to this website and other websites. You can manage Google’s personalised advertising through My Ad Center. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s Privacy Policy.

LeadsLeap sponsored links: The Sponsored Links area includes a LeadsLeap advertising widget. Where the widget loads ads, your browser connects to the service supplying them and can send technical request information, such as IP address and browser details. Ad links can take you to other websites. See LeadsLeap’s Privacy Policy and the advertiser’s privacy information before submitting personal information.

You can block or delete cookies using browser privacy controls, although this can affect sign-in, forms and other features. Google’s advertising settings do not control every other service on this website.

Security services and external content

We use Cloudflare to help deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare processes technical request and traffic information, including IP addresses, and may use security cookies depending on the features applied to a request. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy and its cookie information.

Some pages use Google’s reCAPTCHA service to help detect automated activity and spam. This involves requests to Google and may use cookies and browser information for risk analysis. See Google’s Privacy Policy.

External images, videos, social features and Digistore24 trust badges connect your browser to their providers. Those providers receive technical request information and may use their own tracking technologies or associate the interaction with an account you are signed into. Their privacy policies apply to that processing.

Affiliate links and purchases

Some links are affiliate links. If you follow one, an affiliate network or merchant may use a referral identifier, cookies or other tracking to attribute a purchase and calculate commission. We may receive reports about referrals or commissions. The destination’s privacy policy explains its collection and use of information.

For products sold through Digistore24, Digistore24 acts as the reseller and operates the checkout. It collects and processes the information needed for the order and payment under the privacy policy shown at that checkout. We may receive customer and order information needed to provide the product, answer support questions and handle related records. Consult the privacy link on your Digistore24 order form for the policy of the relevant reseller.

Our website also links to digital resources sold through our Etsy shop, HustleLaunchStudio. Etsy handles information supplied through its platform under Etsy’s Privacy Policy. Information made available to us as the seller is used for the order, customer communication and related records. Payment details entered at an external checkout are handled by that platform and its payment providers.

Service providers and overseas processing

Website hosting, email delivery, security, measurement, advertising and selling platforms handle information relevant to their services. The principal external services are described above.

These services may process information outside Australia, including in the United States and other countries where they operate. The linked provider policies explain their international processing. Contact us to ask about the services involved in a particular interaction.

Storage security and retention

Information may be held in our WordPress website database, business email and the systems of the service providers described above. The website uses HTTPS, and administrative systems require authenticated access. No internet service or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed completely secure.

Retention depends on the type of record and why it is needed. Enquiries, subscription records, comments, account information and order-related records can remain after the initial interaction, including where needed for continuing support, subscription preferences, business records, security or legal obligations. Service providers have their own retention arrangements. Contact us if you want to ask about a particular record or request its removal.

UsefulMail is configured to retain operational event records for 90 days. Suppression records are retained to help prevent an unsubscribed address from being reactivated. This setting does not mean that all subscriber, correspondence or order information is deleted after 90 days.

Access correction removal and complaints

To request access, correction or removal, email [email protected] with enough detail to identify the information. We may need to verify your identity before providing information or changing records.

We will consider your request and respond, explaining any legal or other lawful limits on removal. Requests about information held independently by Digistore24, Etsy, Google or another provider should also go to that provider.

For a privacy complaint, please describe what happened, when it happened and the outcome you are seeking. We will review the issue and reply using the contact details you provide. If Australian privacy law applies to your complaint, you can also consult the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner’s complaint guidance. Other rights or complaint routes may apply depending on your location and the laws relevant to the information.

Children and policy updates

Our website is intended for adults, consistent with our website terms. Please contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information that should be reviewed or removed.

We may update this policy when the website or our practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
